1. How to buy and what is the process needs to perform to buy E-Currency from Activexchanger.com ?
• First You need to be a registered member to avail our services.
• After logging in to member’s area Check our Buy/sell rates and follow a simple process to buy e-currency.
• Get our banker details, PayPal details from member’s area page, and make deposit. For buy order You can make Online transfer, NEFT,
RTGS.(* In Remarks/ Description field on transaction page please write your name or user ID only), Cheque deposit, Cash Deposit, PayPal transfer for cross-border members. Note: PayPal transfer is applicable only for cross-border members.
• Now place a buy order with the buy order form, mention your transaction details clearly on buy order form.
• As soon as you place your ‘buy order’ we will verify your order and send you a order confirmation email. If mail not received please also check
your spam/junk e-mails folder, as sometimes your important e-mail messages may end up there.
• After confirmation of your deposited amount, we will send the e-currency to your e-currency account mentioned in the order form within a few minutes.
• For quick process orders should be made on our working hours(GMT 4.00 Am to 5.00 pm).Otherwise order will be processed on next working
hours, but In any case it will take not more then 24 working hours.
2. What is the process needs to perform to sell E-Currency to Activexchanger.com?
• For sell order you need to transfer your e-currency amount using our sell order form. Use sell option, Fill the form, click on Submit button, you will
be redirected to the e-currency site to do the transfer. You need to follow the steps to perform the transaction. Please fill the ‘merchant memo’ with your Activexchanger member ID for your further details.
• Once we receive the funds, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. If mail not received please also check your spam/junk e-mails folder.
• After confirmation we will send the money to your Bank account/ PayPal Account mentioned in the order form within minutes.
3. How soon is my order processed?
• After confirmation of your transaction, order will be processed within a few minutes. Usually process takes not more then one hour.
• For quick process orders should be made on our working hours(GMT 4.00 Am to 5.00 pm).Otherwise order will be processed on next working
hours, but In any case it will take not more then 24 working hours.
4. What are the minimum and maximum amounts to buy, sell e-currencies?
• The minimum limit to buy or sell e-currency is $10. And there is no maximum limit.
• Order more than $2000 you need to make a call, online chat support or email us for confirmation and availability of fund.
5. What are the commissions for buy, sell e-currency?
• Our easy to understand Buy-sell rate is available on home page and members’ area page of our site “activexchanger.com"
6. What are currencies we accept to exchange Liberty reserve?
• We accept Indian Rupees(INR) for Indian members, And PayPal for cross-border members.
7. Why correct information is mandatory for all accounts to Buy/sell LR?
• For security purpose and KYC norms a customer should be registered with a valid identity and only an approved person will be a member and can avail the service. “Activexchanger” may ask for ID proof anytime during his/her membership. So it is better to send us a valid ID proof copy to our email “contact.activexchanger@gmail.com” for better service. For ID proof, driver license, bank statement with name displayed of any
nationalized bank, Income tax PAN(for Indian members) or any Govt issued Identity proof is valid.
8. Why we ask to add Rs.50/- Towards Bank Fees for cash deposit or cheque deposit?
• For non-home transaction bank charged a fee when someone deposits cash or cheque from a non-home location.
• For Online transfers,(Third party transfer, NEFT, RTGS): In Remarks/ Description field write your name or your user ID only.
9. Can I place the order to buy e-currency over the phone?
• To avoid any errors due to a human factor, we prefer all orders to be placed on-line so that we can have a soft copy of your order.
10. Is there any investment opportunity at Activexchanger.com? Can I invest my money with you?
• Other than buying or selling e-currency we do not offer any other services. If you see e-mail or an offer that seems as it is coming from us, it is a fake and should be disregarded, and don't forget to inform us immediately. Always be careful in any online business opportunities and perform your own thought, any business opportunity you find to be interesting.
11. What I need to do in case my order is not completed within 24 hours?
• In case of delayed buy or sell orders, you must contact us with contact us form, mail at “contact.activexchanger@gmail.com” or Call us at
+91-8812913693 within 10 days. After 10 days no claims will be accepted.
12. Can anyone give a suggestion or complaint about your exchanger?
